Grounded in research and educational practice, participants examine belonging, bias, power, and decision-making. Through reflection, dialogue, and applied scenarios, participants will strengthen their capacity to lead with clarity and care, confront inequities with intention, and navigate conflict in ways that support individual and collective growth.
