This sessions provides a basic overview of Indo-Caribbean history and culture, specifically geared towards K-12 teachers. The goal is to provide classroom teachers with an understanding of this unique cultural group as well as to open up possible curricular points of entry for teachers so that students can see representation of Indo-Caribbean stories in their curriculum.
